1. Identification

Gestime is a progressive web application intended for the management of the work time record, provided by Bopacom through Dilema Futurista Lda, with NIF PT517724677 and registered office at Av. Sacadura Cabral 3440, Sao Felix da Marinha, 4410-099 PT.

2. Acceptance

Access and use of Gestime implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client user company. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

3. Subscription and payment

To access Gestime, it is necessary to have a valid subscription and be up to date with payment obligations. Bopacom reserves the right to suspend the service in case of non-compliance.

4. Use of the service

Gestime is a SaaS service intended for companies to record the working hours of their employees, in compliance with current regulations. The user undertakes to use it in a legal and appropriate manner.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, brand and contents of Gestime are owned by Bopacom. It is prohibited to copy, modify or distribute the software without express authorization.

6. Data protection

The personal data processed through Gestime complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Bopacom acts as the data processor, and the client user company is responsible for the data controlling.

7. Limitation of liability

Bopacom is not responsible for damages arising from the improper use of Gestime or from service interruptions due to external technical reasons or in cases of force majeure.

8. Modifications

Bopacom reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.

9. Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by European legislation. Any conflict will be submitted to the courts of Bopacom's headquarters, unless legally required to the contrary.


Data Processing

The processing agreement is established between: Bopacom through Dilema Futurista Lda (the Processor), and the client user company of Gestime (the Controller).

1. Object

Regulate the processing of personal data by Bopacom, as processor, to provide the Gestime service to the Controller party.

2. Purpose of the processing

Management of the time registration of the Controller party's employees, in accordance with current labor regulations.

3. Duration

During the term of the service contract and until the deletion of the data according to instructions provided by the Controller party.

The data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area. International transfers will not be made without prior authorization.


Privacy Policy

Bopacom is concerned about security and transparency in relation to the processing of personal data, and takes the measures at its disposal to protect them.

1. Data controller

The client user company of Gestime that subscribes to the service.

2. Data processor

Bopacom, providing technical service and maintaining the platform.

3. Purpose

Recording the working hours according to the provisions of current legal regulations. Includes data such as name, email, entry and exit times, location and user identifiers.

4. Legal basis

Compliance with a legal obligation by the client user company (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

5. Recipients

No data will be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation.

6. Rights

Workers and users can access, rectify or delete their data, as well as exercise other rights, by contacting their company directly.

7. Conservation

The data will be kept for 4 years, in accordance with labor regulations.
